Investigative Journalism Award
Recognizing powerful stories that expose corruption, injustice, and social inequality. This program uplifts journalists who challenge silence with truth, inspire accountability, and promote a culture of transparency in Nepal. Through their courage, investigative reporting becomes a force that drives reform and strengthens democracy.
Investigative Journalism Fellowship
Designed to nurture the next generation of investigative journalists, this fellowship provides mentorship, resources, and field training. Fellows gain hands-on experience in uncovering hidden realities, documenting systemic issues, and producing impactful stories that promote fairness, ethical reporting, and public awareness across Nepal.
Barbara Adams: Talk Series
A platform bringing together journalists, researchers, and citizens to exchange ideas on truth, ethics, and responsibility. Through open discussions and expert insights, the series fosters collaboration, strengthens investigative skills, and empowers voices committed to transparency, accountability, and the protection of press freedom in Nepal.

COVID-19 Distinguished Award, launched in 2020, honors frontline heroes of Nepal's pandemic response. In ceremonies held in January and July 2021, the Foundation recognized over 100 individuals and institutions—including doctors, nurses, support staff, public health officials, journalists, and security forces—for their exceptional service. Awardees received cash prizes and plaques, funded by a generous Rs. 10 million donation from Suhrid Ghimire and Aditi Ghimire.
